I uncover insights that optimize journeys, reduce friction, and build loyalty. With over a decade of UX research leadership, I uncover what matters most to customers and teams — translating insights into strategies that drive engagement, efficiency, and growth at scale.
I’ve led hundreds of studies across e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, and SaaS enterprise tools. Whether I’m mapping customer journeys, analyzing data at scale, or facilitating workshops with designers and product teams, my goal is the same: to bring empathy and evidence together to build experiences that truly work.
With a behavioral science background as a PhD Social Psychologist, MBA and MS Economist, I'm able to uniquely bridge the gap between human behavior and product strategy.
